Where's the codex/canon source for this? Its sounds interesting and I'd like to read more about it. This is also why their vehicles move at all, why they can make flying contraptions of loosely held together scrap metal that by any other civilization should be made into low-income housing in some Central/South-American slum. It's why choppas, made from the biggest hunks of metal they can find, can slice through space marine armor platings, and, in some cases, dice up tanks. This is why they can fire guns made of junk while in the hands of an Ordo Xenos researcher, its mechanisms won't even sputter. Long answer: All Orks are subconsciously psychic.
